I have contracted with Jeff Smith Construction on numerous commercial projects ranging in size and scope. Very experienced, high integrity and ownership and the quality of work is stellar. I wouldn't think about using anyone except for Jeff Smith Construction for any future project work.

Jeff and Jesse with Jeff Smith Construction have been amazing to work with. They helped me and my wife through the construction of our Polynesian dance studio in Rocklin, CA, which was just a complete shell of a space. Right out of the gate, they have had superb communication and consistently provided updates to us throughout the project. They literally did all of the legwork to get all the necessary permits from the city, and even went as far as coordinating the install of our PG&E gas meter even after construction was all completed, which required them to jump through hoop after hoop. Being that we are a small business, Jeff and Jesse helped us so much with staying in our budget and making good recommendations to ensure that we didn't spend beyond our means, without sacrificing the aesthetic we were going for. All of the subcontractors they work with are of real high quality as well in the work they delivered. I was told that finding the right contractors were hard, and I just have to say how fortunate and happy we were to find Jeff Smith Construction. I highly recommend them for any commercial construction project you might need!!!

Attention to detail was fabulous, communication with us and subs was fantastic, they worked with a sense of urgency to beat our schedule, and they went above and beyond to help us put together equipment. Their price was very reasonable and they did not send change orders unless necessary.

We needed a fireplace removed from our master bedroom, and a wall patched. Jeff and his crew were professional, covered everything and worked quickly.

Estimate was spot on, and job was completed in 3 days (to account for drywall patch/mud drying/texture applied.

I have known Jeff Smith for many years and have used him on several jobs. He has a keep eye for details, accurate pricing and exceptionally good work. We used Jeff and his crew to finish up a remodel and they did a masterful job. Jeff's crew did everything from drywall, texture, trim, hanging interior doors, installing knobs, pulls and door lock hardware. Jeff and his crew are clean, courteous and accurate. Even though the house was vacant during the remodel they cleaned up the job site every day to keep dust and dirt to a minimum.

I have known Jeff Smith for the past 7 years and was one of the principal individuals who helped build out our beautiful restaurant ... My Thai Kitchen in Roseville, CA. He just recently did some tenant improvements as well and I can highly recommend him to anyone wishing to do a commercial project. He brings with him a deep background in understanding the execution of a project from planning to permits to subcontractors. He just brings it all to helping you fulfil your dream.
